Wings Information

Wings of Hope gives 100% of donated funds directly to assist abused, neglected and abandoned children as well as young adults who turn 18 and “age out of the system” in Central Florida. No salaries or compensation are given to officers or board members. Operating expenses are covered through special designated donations and all work is done through the generosity of family, friends and volunteers. We are a 501(c)3 organization so all donations are tax-deductible. (Donate)

The Wings of Hope “Thanks a Million” Gala, was a huge success and we’re ecstatic to announce that we met our goal of GIVING One Million Dollars since our beginning in 1996!

Kara was only 10 years old and yet she was living in the woods with her parents. She was sexually and physically abused, in poor health and had severely impaired vision. It had been a long time since she last attended school and even longer since she last slept in a bed. Her days were filled with fear and confusion.
